Hello everyone! My name is Ivana and you can call me Ivi :) I have many years experience in teaching English to children ( kindergarden, primary.. and adults.
I studied Pedagogy from 2007-2012 in the University of Philosophy in my home town in Novi Sad, Serbia, after that i attended many courses related to teaching English as a foreign language, I have TEFL and TESOL training certified since 2015. I lived in Amercian for 7 years and I speak English as native speaker. In December of 2019. i travelled to the North of Thailand to teach English in an elementary school, and thee i thought children from the age of 4-12. I also have 3 years experience in online teaching, as i used to work for iTutor and Topica native, from 2017-2019. And i helped students understand and learn business English,Conversational English, Grammar, Reading and Writing English.
Teaching is my passion and I would like us to be a team in this class. Never give up! Dear students i'm here to support your desire to learn a new language, with my 3 years experience in teaching and few years of living in a beautiful city of Miami where i gained strong confidence in what i'm doing, i want to to share with you my knowledge and to help you understand English language. I believe that everyone can learn a new language and therefore i dedicated my time to explore all the methods of learning and teaching with an aim to help people achieve and accomplish great results in a short period of time. I will help you to improve your vocabulary, i will motivate you when you feel that you are stuck, i will encourage you to speak more fluently and i will boost your confidence when you feel shy. Learning a new language can open doors to many new opportunities in business and other spheres of life. Communication is one of the most important bridges in life and i will be there to open the gates for you :)
