• Analysis of the Oganisation’s balanced score card that is interpreted into Division’s OGSM (objectives, goals, strategies and measures) so that they are cascaded to down levels making sure that team achievement is the Organsation’s achievement
• Professional trainer of soft skills, leadership skills; performance management; consultant to BOD of people development; talent pool, Employer branding; Employee branding; Vision Mission Values enhancement for the Corporate
• Coaching programmes for senior management teams and middle management teams of the manufacturing Plants
The nature of my degree course and my own experience has prepared me for this position. It involved a great deal of independent working, team-working, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills.
I am a fast adaptor, with a keep on eye for detail and I should be very grateful for the opportunity to progress to human resources. I am able to take on the responsibility of this position immediately, and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it.
